Rejuvelac: drink quart a day as a beverage, plus your water intake. It is a probiotic drink, you can make at home.
Rejuvelac Recipe

- 1 cup soft Spring Wheat or Rye
- 1 gallon Purified Water
- 1 gallon glass jar
- nylon or fabric screen
- large rubber band
- large spoon
Rinse and soak 1 cup dry grain overnight (8-12 hours) in purified water in jar.
Drain water from grain. Tilt jar upside down at 45 degree angle.
Sprout grain 12-24-36 hours until tail is same size as grain. (The amount of time it takes to sprout is dependent on climate.) Rinse 2-3 times throughout that time.
Make a starter in blender by blending sprouted grain in 2 cups purified water for 5 seconds.
Pour into gallon jar. Fill with purified water. Stir and cover with screen. Secure with rubber band.
Ferment for 24-36-48 hours at 68 to 80 degrees. (The amount of time it takes to ferment is dependent on climate.)
Strain and reserve liquid (rejuvelac) off grain and sediment. Discard or compost grain and sediment.
Store rejuvelac in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to a week. (Out of refrigerator. rejuvelac should be kept open to the air.)
Drink at room temperature.
