CANCELLATION POLICY

THERAPY SESSIONS:  All appointments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation.  Clients are responsible for the payment of scheduled sessions if they call to cancel less than 24 hours in advance; show up at their appointment time and cancel; or simply do not show up for their appointment. 

RETREATS:  Retreats refers to any program scheduled more than three sessions in advance to accomplish client’s intention to cleanse or restore their well-being.  Chintamani must receive a client’s written request to cancel their retreat.  For cancellation requests received 30 calendar days or more prior to the client’s scheduled arrival date, a refund of the deposit amount paid minus a $150.00 cancellation charge will be issued.   For cancellation requests received 14 – 29 calendar days prior to the client’s scheduled arrival date, a refund of the deposit amount paid minus a $300.00 cancellation charge will be issued.  No refund will be issued for cancellation requests received less than the 14 calendar days prior to the client’s scheduled arrival date.  No refund also applies when client decides to cancel scheduled retreat during the program and not showing up for their scheduled program or appointment.  All refunds issued will be made in the same manner in which payment was received unless it is agreed otherwise.  For credit card transactions, the refund will only be issued to the same credit card account which payment was received from.

RETURN POLICY

Permissible products will be accepted for return only if it is unused; unopened with the original seal intact; returned within 14 days from the purchase date; and is accompanied with the original sales receipt. 

REFUND POLICY

A 20% restocking fee will be applied against the purchase price for all products accepted for return. 

Refunds are not available for any service and/or therapy rendered.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY

All special orders must be prepaid at the time of order.

Special orders must be picked up within 15 days after notification has been received by the customer.  Products not picked up within the allotted time will be considered abandoned.

Refunds are not available for any special order product.
